The 6-Phase Process

Phase 1: Discovery Call Free 15–30 minute conversation. I get crystal clear on your vision, goals, audience, must-haves, and non-negotiables. You get honest feedback on what’s realistic and what will actually move the needle for your career. You leave knowing if we’re a fit and what the next steps look like.

Phase 2: Custom Proposal & Agreement Within 48 hours I send a detailed proposal with exact scope, timeline, investment, and what’s included (no vague “we’ll see” language). Phase 3: Strategy & Design Direction I create mood boards, wireframes, content strategy, and a clear creative direction. We review everything together before any heavy building begins. I handle the heavy lifting – finding your existing photos, logos, music links, and assets online, writing any needed copy, and even designing a logo from scratch if you don’t have one. You just bring the vision. Everything else is on me.

Phase 4: Build & Development I build everything in a private staging environment. Music players, galleries, tour widgets, booking systems, SEO foundations, mobile responsiveness – all handled by one person who actually understands musicians and artists. You get regular progress updates and early access to review as things come together.

Phase 5: Review, Testing & Launch Readiness Report You review the full site. I run comprehensive testing (performance, accessibility, mobile, SEO, functionality, social sharing). You receive a professional Launch Readiness Report showing exact scores, status of every feature, and any final recommendations – the same deliverable I give every client before launch.

Phase 6: Launch, Handover & Ongoing Support We go live. I handle the server migration (I host all my sites on InMotion VPS for speed and reliability), set up analytics, and train you on how to manage your own site. Optional monthly maintenance & update plans available so you never have to think about it again. You get a live site that actually performs + a clear path forward.
